Mazzy is slowly learning to read but it’s Harlow who has suddenly taken an interest in leading story time. Every night, they’ll both pick out a book for me to read, but when it’s my turn to read Harlow’s book, she’ll say, “No, I’ll read it to YOU.”

It’s pretty amazing because she does remember a lot of the stories that she is familiar with and when she doesn’t, she looks closely at the pictures and imagines what it must say from there.

Here’s one example of Harlow leading story time, which is particularly great because you get to hear Harlow’s little munchkin voice. I also always say that she laughs like a dolphin, which you can hear at the end.

I wish she would keep this little voice forever!
