This post was sponsored by Walt Disney World® Resort, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Okay, you caught me. We went back in December. You know this because I was posting in real time on Instagram and Snapchat. Walt Disney World® Resort wanted me to save all my pics for their Spring campaign and I was like— if I stopped snapping for four days, people will think I died!
Well, now I am finally ready to share with you guys the purpose of our vacation. I mean, besides blowing Mazzy and Harlow’s minds. Speaking of blowing their minds, want to see their reaction when I told them?
Of course you do! FYI, I have no idea what “picture day” is or why Mazzy finds it so scary.
I could not have hoped for a better reaction.
Over the next couple days, I’ll be sharing a full recap of our four day vacation, lots of tips for taking preschoolers to the park and a video we made for Parents Magazine while we were there. In fact, Parents has a whole Walt Disney World® Resort portal specifically designed to help you plan your vacation.
I have to say, seven and four were really the PERFECT ages to take the kids. And the biggest surprise was that the magic even worked on Mike. Now I have to convince him to go again!

Thank you to Disney and Parents Magazine for this amazing opportunity. Be sure to check out the Parents Disney Hub and follow Walt Disney World® Resort on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
Picture Day is school photo day, when they take your yearbook pictures…
And yay! I’m excited to hear the full run down on the trip.
We also went when my girls were 7 and 4. It really is the perfect time to go!
I love the video. It is SO COOL seeing you and Mike and the girls starring in a DISNEY VIDEO. Wow!!! Can’t wait to read more!
[…] Mommy Shorts– I started following her Instagram for her youngest daughter before I find 6 her blog, but Ilana’s blog has shown me the funny side of motherhood when I needed it the most. […]
I’ve been waiting for this. We’re going in June. Thank you for sharing!!
